• Hotjar
  To better understand user behaviour in aggregate (for example, which areas of a page are most interacted with) and improve the experience.

We do not use these tools to identify you personally, and we do not merge analytics data with direct identifiers like your name or email.

3.3 Affiliate and booking cookies (current or future)

We do not currently have affiliate or booking integrations live, but we may use them in future with partners such as:

• Booking.com
• Agoda
• Stay22

If/when we add these:

• Clicking certain links or using embedded widgets may allow those partners to set cookies.
• These cookies help track whether a booking or purchase occurs after you visit Japow.travel, so that we may earn a commission (at no extra cost to you).
• The cookies will be governed by the privacy/cookie policies of those partners.

We do not receive your full payment or card details from these partners.

3.4 Third-party cookies

Some cookies on Japow.travel are set by third parties, not by us directly. Examples include:

• Google (for Google Analytics)
• Hotjar
